Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not allowed. There is a limit of 2 pets per household. All pet owners must follow the leash law. We use a company called Pet Screening; you input your information and we take it from there! All applicants must complete a pet screening process prior to moving into the community, regardless of whether they have a pet or not.
